I came to know of EN.SHARULFIZAM BIN ADAM through a Google search on Honda Malaysia , which led me to EN. SHARUL's blog .
Upon viewing the new Honda CRV online on the 10th of March 2013, I.decided that I preferred the LIMITED EDITION or VALUE ADDED model. So early morning on 11/03/13, I sent an SMS to EN.SHARUL's handphone number which I had obtained from his blog . Within minutes, EN. SHARUL called me personally and offered to come to my house after my work that very same day . Upon meeting EN. SHARUL personally , I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner. The deal to purchase my new CRV was sealed within minutes .
After that, EN. SHARUL kept in constant contact with me , giving me the necessary updates on my purchase ( loan application, previous vehicle trade-in etc ) .He always kept to his word & everything was done according to the time frame set by EN.SHARUL.
On 22/03/13, I went to the showroom to collect my new CRV . When I arrived , EN. SHARUL was at the entrance to greet me & take me through the process of handing over my vehicle . Everything was done in an excellent & professional manner , right up to the moment he waved me goodbye at the exit. I felt very lucky to have dealt with such an amiable sales advisor who put me first in everything.
Its been over a week since I collected my CRV from EN. SHARUL and I must say it has been a very pleasant experience dealing with him . Even his after-sales service is excellent . Each time I text him to ask for info or advice, he never fails to reply immediately with a productive answer . All in all, I would highly recommend EN. SHARULFIZAM BIN ADAM as the perfect sales advisor to anyone looking to purchase a new HONDA vehicle. Thanks a million EN. SHARUL , it has been a total pleasure dealing with you.
